Sommer shares the power of healing within a community and how we can have a ripple effect on each other as we show up as we are in our life.

I am going to attend this retreat and would love to connect with any of my She's Awake community. I really believe in the power of gathering together and supporting our growth and transformation.
This is part 1 of addressing the concept of getting clear on what your purpose is and how important it is to follow your own path.
We can easily get distracted by comparing ourselves with others and falling into the trap of not feeling like our purpose or mission matters.
Stay true to your purpose and check in with God regularly to get the support you need to keep moving forward.
Check out part 2 of this podcast later this week.
Welcome to 2020 and all that is instore for the community. In this episode I explore the idea of inviting people into your life who want to be a playmate and co-create with you.
Take a few minutes to explore who might becoming into your life this year and who is already present ready to support your vision.
In this episode I recap some of my top learning and insights from 2019 and let go of beliefs, stories, and wounds that no longer serve my purpose moving forward.
Thank you to all who have been a part of the she's awake community and are looking forward to 2020 with clear vision and insights.
Let's stay connected and powerful, one soul-to-soul connection at a time.
Welcome to the #39 episode of the She's Awake Podcast.
Take a few minutes and ponder on this question. Are you willing to choose to live your truth?
This is what has been my point of learning and pondering the last few weeks and it has brought great insight and clarity. There are some things I'm ready to choose and some things I'm not ready to choose until I get more information. It's a powerful experience to say...I'm not ready yet to make that choice but I'm willing to stay on the journey so one day I will be ready.
Welcome to another episode of She's Awake Podcast. Today I talk about how we can ask for more light and memories to be restored to us as we move the various experiences.
I describe how blessed I was to receive the memory of everything being "ok" even though I didn't know how a certain situation in my life was going to work out. The questions we ask matter and we can be given what we are seeking for.
As you explore your own life and how things are manifesting for you, keep asking questions and staying open to LOVE (Light, Over, Various, Experiences) guiding your way.
Thank you for joining the She's Awake Podcasts first official episode of season two called...It's Not Fair. In this episode I share with the community my process when I was triggered at an event. During my learning and meditation, I was able to see a limiting belief around "it's not fair" and that there is a lack of abundance for everyone. (Note: that was the limiting belief)
It's interesting when we allow ourselves to fully feel our experiences, we can gain deeper insights and understanding about ourselves. I just shared the process I go through and how I discovered this belief system of lack.
I hope you will continue to be a part of the she's awake community and share the podcast as you feel prompted to. It's a privilege to journey with you.
This is a quote I used in the podcast. "Don't commit to me, commit to evolving and I'll meet you there." I find this such a powerful aspect of self and community. As we commit to our personal journeys, we find each other on the road of evolution, change, expansion, enlightenment, and ultimately unity.
